Hello people,
I was wondering if any of you knew if there are any (free) Japanese classes offered in Chitose. I'm one of those people who needs to be in a classroom and have a teacher to have more motivation to study. Thanks!

You might ask around your city (Tomakomai, right?) and see if you can exchange English lessons for Japanese lessons. That way you're not getting paid for it, so you're not going against contract, but then you're exchanging language lessons. I know someone who is doing that with someone they met. Now they're good friends!
